Tracy has been active in Life Sciences Start Ups for more than 12 years. With almost 20 years’ experience in administrative and support roles, she is a seasoned Operations Manager having held different roles as Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

Having begun her formal training in accountancy, Tracy found her real passion in supporting the day to day operation of businesses, where she could contribute her strategic and execution focussed mindset to streamline operational processes and cut business costs.
