I joined Aigenpulse a year ago today as the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, and what a rollercoaster year it’s been.
Having previously worked for a start-up within the Life Sciences sector for almost 10 years I knew to some extent what I was letting myself in for, and it didn’t take long for the craziness to start!
During my first year the company has gained some serious traction, increasing our head count by more than double from 9 when I began to 22 now with more open vacancies.
Highlights to note are taking on three new offices (London, our own premises on Milton Park & most recently Boston), bringing payroll in house, and learning to work very closely with our CEO Tobias Kloepper, who not only expects the best at all times but also allows you the freedom to grow and evolve.
The best bits about working for Aigenpulse, aside from being able to make a real difference to the Bio Pharma world, is that having such a varied role means my inherent nosy streak is always satisfied, and I get to work with some seriously talented people that share the same goals. Then there’s also the awesome benefits and free healthy lunches! :0)
I am proud to be an integral part of the team, and I’m excited for the forthcoming year!
